How this reaches a guest.
You do not run this from your own computer. If the guide lived only on your laptop, it would go dark whenever the computer slept, and a guest could not open it from the car.
Publish the guide from this chat. Publishing gives you a public web address that stays up on its own. That address is what goes in Hospitable. You set it up once.
Hospitable sends three notes for Vernon. The first asks what they want to do. A week before arrival, the second tells them the plan is on the page. The morning of check-in, the third points at the same link, where the door code is now visible. You do not send these by hand, and you do not type the code into any of them.
Wi-Fi appears four days before arrival. The door code appears at 7:00am on arrival day. Both come off at 8:00pm on checkout day. The plan itself is on the link as soon as they book.
Copy the message from the published guide, not from this draft. The link has to be the address guests can still open after you publish.
When the booking is confirmed

Connect Hospitable
In Hospitable, open Apps, then API access, then Access tokens. Create one named Vernon guide, with permission to read properties and reservations. Add messaging only if you also want a send button here. The token lasts a year. Paste it once.
